根据《浙江工商大学关于印发全日制本科学历国际学生学籍管理办法的通知》（浙商大教【2023】69号文件）第二十九条，国际学生有下列情况之一者，应予以退学：（一）超过最长学习年限内未达到毕业要求的；（二）未经批准连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。根据《浙江工商大学关于印发研究生学历国际学生学籍管理规定的通知》（浙商大外【2021】124号文件）第三十条，国际学生有下列情形之一，学校可予以退学处理：（三）未经批准而连续2周未参加学校规定的教学活动的；（七）未按学校规定缴交学杂费等。  

现拟对国际生SOROKINA VITALIIA，学号：1807510101，作退学处理，该同学未请假连续超过两周未参加教学活动且未按学校规定缴交学杂费。  

        According to Article 29 of the "Notice of Zhejiang Gongshang University on Printing and Distributing the Management Measures for the Student Status of International Students with Full-time Undergraduate Degree" (ZJSU教[2023] No. 69), international students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from the university: (1) Have not completed their studies within the maximum years of study stipulated by the University; (2) Not participating in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval;  (7) Fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university.  According to Article 30 of the "Notice of Zhejiang Gongshang University  on Printing and Distributing Regulations on the Administration of  Student Status of International Students with Graduate Degrees" (ZJSU外 [2021] No. 124), international students who have one of the following circumstances shall be withdrawn from the university: (3) Not participating in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval; (7) Fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university.

      An intended decision of withdrawal from the university is going to be made for international student SOROKINA VITALIIA(student number：1807510101),who did not participate in the teaching activities stipulated by the school for 2 consecutive weeks without approval, fail to pay tuition and miscellaneous fees as stipulated by the university.

由于学生均在境外，目前无法联系到学生本人，特在学院网页公布两周，公示期自2023年12月29日至2024年1月12日。如对退学处理决议有异议，请于两周内提出书面申请。学生在申诉期内未提出书面申请，学院将视为已同意该退学处理。  

Since the students are all overseas and cannot be contacted at present, the above decision will be announced on the school website for two weeks from Dec.29, 2023 to Jan.12, 2024. If student has any objection to the decision to withdraw from the university, please submit a written application to the International Students Office of Foreign Languages School within two weeks. If student fails to submit a written application within the appeal period, the school will deem that students have agreed to the withdrawal.
